- Acceptance: using the platform means accepting these terms and the privacy policy.
- Accounts:
- Registration with a mobile number verified by a one-time password.
- Users are responsible for the accuracy of their data and the confidentiality of their account.
- Account types and the verification required for each.
- Role of the platform:
- Gamaloon is a listing and matching platform and is not a party to contracts between users, except for services it provides itself, whose scope is set out in each service’s terms.
- Listings: per the Listing & Review Policy.
- Paid services:
- The cost is shown before ordering.
- Refund terms are on each service page.
- Limitation of liability:
- Document reviews and badges are not a guarantee of the transaction.
- Users are responsible for final verification before contracting.
- Intellectual property: platform content, the Gamaloon brand and the Gamaloon Index belong to Gamaloon.
- Prohibited use: fake data, impersonation, harvesting user data, or circumventing the platform to deal outside it on managed services.
- Account suspension: for breach of these terms.
- Changes: users are notified of any material change.
- Governing law: Egyptian law.
