Privacy Policy — Draft
Note: a draft to be legally reviewed before publishing, in line with Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
- Data we collect:
- Registration data: name, mobile number and email.
- Verification documents: national ID and commercial register.
- Property documents.
- Usage and device data.
- Records of contact with advertisers and service providers.
- Why we collect it:
- To run accounts, verify identity and review listings.
- To respond to inquiries.
- To improve the service.
- To send the notifications users choose.
- Who can see it:
- Verification and property documents are seen only by Gamaloon’s review team and are stored encrypted.
- The advertiser’s number is not shown to visitors on managed listings.
- Sharing with third parties:
- We do not sell data.
- We share only what is needed with service providers the user contacts, or at the request of a competent authority.
- Retention: while the account is active, and afterwards for the period required by law.
- User rights: access, correction, deletion, withdrawing marketing consent, and deleting the account from "My Account → Privacy".
- Cookies: on the website, for operation and analytics.
