IDG participates in the development of the East Port Said Industrial Zone within the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZONE), which has a total allocated area of 63 square kilometers. The project focuses on export-oriented medium and light industrial clusters, particularly automotive assembly and supplier industries, engineering equipment, household appliances, spinning and textiles, pharmaceuticals and food production. The park gives investors direct access to the major East Port Said port and the incentives and direct customs and tax exemptions available under the laws governing the Suez Canal Economic Zone.
