e² October Industrial Park

e² October Industrial Park is IDG’s founding project. Launched in 2008, it was Egypt’s first private, integrated industrial park. It is located in the northern industrial zone extensions of 6th of October City in Giza Governorate. The park achieved an exceptional operating milestone, reaching 98% occupancy by the end of 2022. It hosts a diverse mix of engineering, chemical, building materials and automotive supplier industries. Its investors include major international companies such as Germany’s Symrise, a specialist in flavors and food ingredients, which acquired 30,000 square meters within the park to establish its latest production facilities.
