Listing & Review Policy

1. Who can list:

  • The owner.
  • Or anyone holding a notarized authorization from the owner: an independent broker, a brokerage or marketing company, or an authorized employee in a company account.

2. Documents required to list:

  • Title, allocation or possession deed.
  • Proof of the advertiser’s identity.
  • The owner’s authorization, if the advertiser is not the owner.

3. Document review:

  • The Gamaloon team reviews the documents before publishing, free of charge.
  • An eligible listing is published with the "Documents Reviewed" badge.
  • An ineligible listing is returned to the advertiser with the rejection reason and what is needed to resubmit.

4. Badges:

Badge Meaning Cost
New Listing published within the last 7 days Automatic
Documents Reviewed The property documents were reviewed Free
Inspected & Legally Reviewed Full on-site inspection and review by the legal team Paid by the advertiser
Featured Higher placement in search results Paid by the advertiser

Badges are positive only: they mean something has been verified. A listing without a badge simply has not earned it yet; it does not mean it breaks the rules.

5. Listing content:

  • Accurate, current data.
  • Real photos of the property itself.
  • A clear price.
  • Duplicate listings, contact numbers inside descriptions or photos, and non-industrial properties are not allowed.

6. Listing statuses: Draft · Under review · Published · Rejected · Sold · Rented. Sold and rented listings do not appear in search.

7. Reporting a listing: from the listing page, or at support@gamaloon.com. The team reviews the report and may suspend the listing pending verification.
